5. To consider the following applications:

DM/15/0792 Location: Colwood House, Hollingbury Court, Lane, , , West , RH17 5SP, Desc: T1 Portuguese Laurel. Reduce height by 4-5 metres.

SPC: no objection

DM/15/0701 Location: Coldharbour, Cuckfield Lane, Warninglid, Haywards Heath, , RH17 5SN, Desc: Demolition and removal of structurally unsound chimney stack from front elevation of dwelling.

SPC: no objection

SPC: no objection. Mid Sussex to take note of neighbour’s concern over access and noise and to regulate hours of work accordingly.

DM/15/0743 Location: 6 Coopers Wood, Road, Handcross, Haywards Heath, West Sussex,RH17 6HD, Desc: Front single storey extension using a rendered block external finish instead of face brick work (amendment to previous permission for planning application 14/03394/FUL, single storey extension )

SPC: Concern that the proposed change in materials is not in keeping with neighbouring properties.

DM/15/0777 Location: Handcross Park School, London Road, Handcross, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 6HF, Desc: Installation of synthetic turf sports pitch, including porous synthetic grass surface, fencing, access path, floodlighting and storage shed.

SPC: no objection

DM/15/0981 Location: Telephone Exchange, Cuckfield Lane, Warninglid, West Sussex, , Desc: 1- Ash - Remove lower limbs to provide 2m clearance of the telephone exchange building. T2 - Hazel – Prune to provide a 0.5m clearance of the building. T3 - Ash - Remove downward hanging limbs to provide clearance of 1.5 from the roof of the building.
