NHS App – Personal Health and Care Record There is going to be a new online service for Sherwood Forest Hospitals (SFH) patients via the NHS App and Patients Know Best (PKB). This will give people secure access to their Personal Health and Care Record from their smartphone, tablet or computer. It’s a free service which already works with a number of other NHS organisations. Features people will be able to access as part of this service include:
