ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 7th July 2021 Sala Silver-Lead-Zinc Project, Sweden Exploration Drilling Update at the Historic High Grade Sala Silver Mine Maiden Alicanto exploration drilling underway with first two diamond core drill holes completed targeting the Prince Lode - Broad Sala Style sulphide mineralisation intercepted in both holes including a step out 140m down dip of historic intersections of 37.2m @ 50g/t Ag & 6.1% Zn and 15.9m @ 157 g/t Ag & 4.2% Zn7. Assays are Pending. Key Points • Maiden Alicanto exploration drilling at Sala Silver Project progressing well with the first two holes completed of a focussed and fully funded 3,000 metre initial drill program. • Visible Silver, Lead and Zinc mineralisation intercepted over broad intervals in both drill holes with the zones having similar mineralisation characteristics to those seen within the historic Sala mine. Refer photos. • Drill holes (SAL2101 and SAL2102) intersected multiple zones (33.8m and 32.02m respectively) of galena-sphalerite as both massive sulphide veins and semi massive sulphide mineralisation. • Drill core is currently being processed at the laboratory with assays expected in coming weeks. • Drilling is ongoing with a second diamond core rig mobilising to site in the coming weeks. • The Sala Project is a significant historical producer of Silver-Lead-Zinc with over 200 Moz of silver (at an average grade of 1,244 g/t) and lead (at between 1% and 2%) and 12% zinc mined up until the early 1900’s2. The Alicanto drilling is some of the first modern drilling to be completed at the deposit. • Trial of down hole electromagnetic (DHEM) surveys indicates a modellable response from mineralisation, with further drill hole targets defined from the completed survey. -

ABSTRACT Analyses of the temporal and geographic distribution of earliest recorded appearances of the 88 IMA-approved mercury minerals plus two potentially valid species exemplify principles of mineral evolution. Metacinnabar (HgS) and native Hg are the only two species reported from meteorites, specifically, the primitive H3 Tieschitz chondrite with an age of 4550 Ma. Since the first terrestrial appearance of cinnabar more than 3 billion years ago, mercury minerals have been present continu- ously at or near Earth’s surface. Mercury mineral evolution is characterized by episodic deposition and diversification, perhaps associated with the supercontinent cycle. We observe statistically significant increases in the number of reported Hg mineral localities and new Hg species at ~2.8–2.6, ~1.9–1.8, and ~0.43–0.25 Ga— intervals that correlate with episodes of presumed supercontinent assembly and associated orogenies of Kenorland (Superia), Columbia (Nuna), and Pangea, respectively. -

Solo silvergruva under gångno sekler Av Bob Engelbertsson Sala silvergruva är ett intressant kapitel i Sveriges industriella historia på flera sätt. Genom mer än 400 år kan man följa hur gammal och ny teknik möttes, både vid malmbrytningen och vid silverframställningen. Silvermalmen, bestående av framför allt silverhaltig blyglans, låg som oregelbundna malmkroppar, vilket gjorde sökandet stundtals kompli cerat och riskfyllt.1 Vägen från malm till silvertacka var omständlig och föranledde en rad tekniska problem. I denna uppsats ges först en översikt av gruvans historia och betydelse i olika avseenden. Därefter följer ett antal exempel på hur gammal och ny teknik möttes. Några drog ur Silverfyndigheterna i Sala upptäcktes troligen någon gång i slutet av gruvons historia 1400-talet. Gruvan finns omnämnd i ett biskopsbrev från 1511. År 1512 utfärdades det första privilegiebrevet. Alicanto Minerals Secured Tenure of the High-Grade Sala Silver Project in Sweden
ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 30 April 2021 March 2021 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT Exploration results support exploration strategy at Greater Falun Copper-Gold Project, Sweden Drilling reveals high grade copper, gold and silver from never before drilled targets HIGHLIGHTS Exploration - Greater Falun Project • First holes at Greater Falun copper-gold-silver project in Sweden return shallow, high-grade assays • The holes were drilled at the Swamp Thing and Heden prospects, which sit within 15km of the world- class Falun copper-gold mine (closed in 1992) • The results are particularly important because they also support Alicanto’s belief that Greater Falun is a Skarn system, not Volcanogenic Massive Sulphides (VMS) • Multiple outcropping granitic intrusions or “heat engines” delineated in drilling believed to be the drivers of the proximal skarn mineralisation • Structural folding of the newly defined stratigraphic sequence creating “bonanza” style widths at Falun, with the potential also seen in most recent drilling and field mapping within the Greater Falun project • Further assays pending from the now-completed 4,000m drilling campaign • New, 20,000m drilling campaign now underway with two diamond drill rigs in action and a third being mobilised to Sala • The Greater Falun Project is located in the Bergslagen region, which hosts world-class base and precious metals projects • Bergslagen is a tier-one location with a mining history of 1,000 years, producing over 100Mt of high- grade base and precious metals ore in modern times The Swamp Thing, Sweden1 • Four drill holes were completed at The Swamp Thing (Enmyregruvan), ST20-01 to ST21-04. ST20-01 intersected a mineralised zone with copper-gold skarn in the contact between limestone and an intruding apophyse of a feldspar porphyry, showing what the potential target mineralisation could look like within this environment. -

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 3rd August 2021 Bonanza silver and zinc grades in Alicanto’s first hole at Sala project, Sweden Assays up to 348g/t silver, 12.2% zinc, 5.9% lead 140m down-dip from historical intersection; Assays pending from second and third holes, which both contain visual mineralisation Key Points • First assays from Alicanto’s maiden drill hole (SAL21-01) confirm high-grade silver, lead and zinc from the Prince Lode at Sala. Intersections include: • 3.8m @ 7.7% Zn and 9g/t Ag from 572.75m • 6.8m @ 123 g/t Ag, 2.3% Pb and 1.4% Zn from 589.75m (Including 0.95m @ 348 g/t Ag, 5.9% Pb & 4.06% Zn) from 592.58m • Mineralisation is adjacent to the historic Sala Mine which produced over 200Moz of silver at an average grade of 1,244 g/t Ag. This system is interpreted to be a polymetallic skarn with geological similarities with major producing underground mines in the areas such as Garpenberg operated by Boliden and Zinkgruvan operated by Lundin • Alicanto intersections represent a 140m step out down-dip from historical drill intersection of 37.2m @ 50g/t Ag & 6.1% Zn and 15.9m @ 157 g/t Ag, & 4.2% Zn2,7. This includes high grade intervals of: • 7.1m @ 81 g/t Ag, 10.4% Zn & 0.6% Pb2 • 5.5m @69 g/t Ag, 7.4% Zn & 0.8% Pb2 • 11.9m @ 15 g/t Ag, 8.1% Zn & 0.1% Pb2 • 9.85m @203 g/t Ag, 6.4% Zn 0.8% Pb2 • 0.8m @ 1,034 g/t Ag, 1.5% Zn, 2.4% Pb2 • Visuals from Alicanto’s second and third holes (SAL21-02, SAL21-03) indicate similar style and tenor of mineralisation as SAL21-01 with multiple lenses of sulphide mineralisation.
