Henley-in-Arden

With ample car parking underneath and outside of Forward House, Henley-in-Arden is approximately 9 miles west of the county town of Warwick, 15 miles southeast of Birmingham, 9 miles east of Redditch and 9 miles north of Stratford upon Avon. We are also just 15 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and the National Exhibition Centre.

The town itself lies at a crossroads between the A3400 and the A4189 roads and is the starting point for the circular Arden Way path. It also sits on the Heart of Way.

Henley-in-Arden has a railway station on the Birmingham to Stratford Line and has regular rail services to Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon. The town lies a few miles southwest of the M40 motorway, which links Birmingham and London. Bus service X20 running from Birmingham to Stratford-upon-Avon runs through the town along the High Street, this service is operated by local Henley-in-Arden based bus and coach company Johnsons Coach and Bus under contract to County Council operating up to every 60 minutes.

M40 from the North

Exit at Junction 16, turn right taking the A3400 to Henley-in-Arden. Forward House is the second building on the left hand side at the beginning of the High Street.

M40 from the South

Exit at Junction 15 and take the second exit signed for Stratford-on-Avon.

Immediately access the right hand lane and take the sign for Henley workspace and Norton Lindsey. You will come to a T-junction. Turn left here onto the A4189 signed for Claverdon and Henley. Drive straight on through Claverdon until you reach traffic lights. Turn right into the High Street in Henley-in-Arden. Telephone Costs

Each phone line will carry a £10+VAT per month rental charge

Each line will have its own voicemail, the ability to transfer calls around the office, the ability to forward calls to mobiles when individuals are not in the office. There is a setup charge per individual phone. The first phone is charged at £130+VAT.

Business Rates

Tenants are responsible for their business rates which are payable direct to the local authority. The business rates typically range between £4.50-£6 per sq ft. We have secured a discount on such rates and are happy to discuss this further with you.

Internet Costs

Forward House Incubator is pleased to be able to offer high speed internet connections to its tenants. This service is charged at a single monthly cost, and there is no charge for line rental and in most cases no charge for installation. Prices are based on provision of a single IP address which will allow connection to the World Wide Web. The service does not include a firewall or monitoring of traffic, although these services are available together with hosting and other ICT services if required. ‘Next steps?’
