Srikalahasti node is one of the important nodes in VCIC. Srikalahasti node has two blocks i.e., north block site of 11,005 acres and south block site of 13147.66 acres. Industrial development under VCIC will transform Srikalahasti into a world class industrial township. The surrounding cities of Tirupati and Naidupeta will also benefit from the development. Furthermore, the long-term master planning of Srikalahasti node will ensure sustainable development. Andhra Pradesh is strategically located on the south eastern coast of India and is regarded as one of the largest producer of marine products in the country. The prominent industries in the state include Agro & Food–based, petroleum products, pharmaceuticals, textile, basic metals, non–metallic mineral products, etc. Further, the state in the country has pioneered and enacted the concept of industrial single–window clearance.
