Nick Maxwell - Leadership and Culture Manager Collingwood FC is the epitome of hard work, persistence & ‘team’. After years of knock backs, he became one of the AFL’s greatest success stories, going from the to an AFL Premiership Captain, leading the Collingwood Football Club to a drought breaking flag in 2010. Maxwell is recognised for his excellent leader- ship capabilities, becoming a successful Leadership coach with the , the Greater Western Sydney Giants & advisor to Leaders in business.

DAVID CRAWFORD “Lessons for people aspiring to succeed in the corporate world”

David Crawford retired as a Partner and National Chairman of KPMG in 2001 after more than 30 years service. He was also a member of the International Board of KPMG and Chairman of the International Professional Indemnity Insurance Committee for KPMG International. In his profes- sional capacity as a Partner for KPMG he has specialised in working in the restructuring of companies in financial diculties.

He has acted as a consultant and/or advisor to several major companies and government departments.

He has conducted reviews of the structure and governance of the AFL, Soccer in Australia and The Australian Cricket Board. He was Chairman of the Committee appointed by the Federal Government to report on the future of Sport in Australia

Joe is a member of our Xavier Family and has faced a personal battle to manage his mental health – head on. In February 2018, Joe embarked on a journey from Melbourne to Canberra on foot with his loyal canine companion, with the intention of raising as much money as possible for Beyondblue & awareness to the broader community highlighting the mental illness of depression & anxiety, which he has battled for a long period of time.
