The pollen parent is unknown. The habit is upright-rounded and compact, with slender branches carrying great numbers of elegant lilac-pink semi-double flowers, fading to pastel-pink. Just before senescing, the white anther Plant Description filaments turn pink. The blossoms emerge over a period of weeks beginning in mid-March. They are followed by petite deep green, serrate leaves with bronze undersides. New spring growth emerges red.
