Consistent with past practice, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is providing an update on those priorities and seeking Council’s direction on the 2020/21 strategic plan. LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY Halifax Charter section 35 (1). The Chief Administrative Officer shall (b) ensure that an annual budget is prepared and submitted to the Council. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that Regional Council: 1. Adopt the 2020/21 Priority Outcomes as set out in Attachment A. 2.
