2014-007 Declaration of Surplus Equipment WHEREAS, The MAPLE VALLEY FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY KING COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT #43 RESOLUTION R – 2014-007 Declaration of Surplus Equipment WHEREAS, the equipment identified and listed below has been determined by the Fire Chief to no longer be critical to the Fire District’s needs or operational use, and WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners has determined that it is in the best interest of King County Fire District No. 43 to declare as surplus the equipment, and WHEREAS, The Board of Fire Commissioners is authorized to declare as surplus those items no longer deemed to be necessary to the Fire District’s service requirements, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF MAPLE VALLEY FIRE & LIFE SAFETY (KING COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT #43) that the equipment listed below hereby declared as surplus to the needs of the District.
