Columbia Fireflies Wag-Along Wednesday Dog Waiver

Columbia Fireflies Wag-Along Wednesday Dog Waiver I hereby waive and hold harmless Hardball Capital, LLC, Columbia Fireflies, LLC (dba Columbia Fireflies), Columbia Concessions and Catering, LLC, the City of Columbia, Major League Baseball, the Kansas City Royals and all participating teams including their members, players, elected officials, employees, affiliates and their agents from damages or injuries resulting in part or in whole from my participation in Columbia Fireflies Wag-Along Wednesday 2021. I understand that I accept all liabilities for my actions and the actions of my pet in connection with the Columbia Fireflies Wag-Along Wednesday 2021, and shall hold harmless the aforementioned parties. I also accept full legal and financial responsibility and liability for the actions of my dog(s) while on the premises of Segra Park, including seating areas, restrooms, picnic areas, parking lots (all inclusive), and shall be responsible for any legal / medical remedies which are available to the injured parties as a result of the action of any and all pets that are with me at Segra Park today. I accept and acknowledge personal responsibility and liability for any injury or damage caused as a result of the wrongful or aggressive behavior of my dog, whether the loss occurs as a result of biting, jumping, scratching, digging, charging or any other behavior. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Hardball Capital, LLC, Columbia Fireflies, LLC (dba Columbia Fireflies), Columbia Concessions and Catering, LLC, the City of Columbia, Major League Baseball, the Kansas City Royals and all participating teams including their members, players, elected officials, employees, affiliates and their agents from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cause of actions, and expenses (including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees), occurring, growing out of, incident to, or resulting directly or indirectly from my use of this facility and surrounding area, including without limitation any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cause of actions and expenses on account of personal injury to or death of any person or animal, or damages to property of any person or entity. I certify that my dog is completely up to date on all of its vaccinations, including (but not limited to) rabies, and I have full documentation to prove such claims. All dogs must have valid rabies vaccination tags affixed to their collars. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, or any other record of this event for any promotional purpose. I understand that the dog must stay on a leash and with me the whole time, and that any aggressive or inappropriate behavior by my dog or me will result in either seating relocation and / or ejection from the ballpark, without refund. I will pick up after my dog and ensure that all waste be handled appropriately. I have carefully read this release of liability, and fully understand, agree with, and accept its terms and conditions as outlined.
