NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotations are invited by the Executive Engineer, BSNL Civil Division, Coimbatore on behalf of BSNL (A Govt. of India Enterprise) for the work of Fair Valuation of BSNL land assets as on 01-04-2015 under Civil Sub Division- under Civil Division, Coimbatore [Coimbatore SSA] from registered valuers empanelled with Central/State Government/PSU/ Autonomous Bodies/ Banks etc. Interested bidders can download the schedule from website www.tamilnadu.bsnl.co.in or can obtain blank copy of schedule of quantity from the office of Executive Engineer, BSNL Civil Division, Coimbatore upto 14.00 Hrs on 13-06- 2018. Sealed quotations will be received in this office upto 15.00 Hrs on 15-06-2018 and will be opened on the same day at 15.30 Hrs. The undersigned has got the right to accept or reject the lowest quotation or a whole without assigning any reasons.

VALUER EXECUTIVE ENGINEER(C)

Conditions:

1. No advance payment shall be made. 2. Time allowed for completion of work is 15 days from the date of issue of work order. 3. The valuer has to submit copy of valid registration certificate / approved valuer document and other details like PAN, Bank A/c No. etc. along with quotation. 4. Fair valuation of lands shall be carried out in accordance with new Indian accounting standards (Ind-AS). 5. Fair valuation is required only for the lands and not for other existing structures. 6. Fair valuation of lands shall be corresponding to 01.04.2015. 7. The approved valuer shall submit the Report in the prescribed format as per Govt norms in triplicate. 8. Conditional quotations shall be rejected. 9. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all charges but excluding GST. 10. The GST shall be paid by BSNL and the approved valuer need not pay any GST. 11. The Income tax shall be recovered from the approved valuer as per the statutory provisions. 12. The payment shall be made within three months of receipt of bill from the valuer.
