Notice is hereby given that the Burnley Borough Council, as Agent of the Lancashire County Council, has made an Order under section SCHEDULE 1 1 of the Road Traffic Regulation 1984, the effect of which will be:- Lengths of Roads in Burnley (1) to revoke so much of "The Lancashire County council (Borough of Burnley) (Various Roads) (Consolidation of Adlington Street/ Ighten Road Waiting Restrictions and One-Way Traffic, etc.) Order 1986" as Chapel Street Access Road Queen Victoria Road Barden Lane Sutcliffe Street relates to certain lengths of the roads specified in Schedule 1 to Church Street Tunnel Street this notice; (2) to prohibit or restrict the waiting of vehicles, with exceptions, SCHEDULE 2 on certain lengths of the roads specified in Schedule 2 to this notice; Lengths of Roads in Burnley (3) to prohibit vehicles driving on the un-named side street Active Way Bright Street adjacent to Number 42 Lowerhouse Lane, Burnley, from its Barden Lane Chapel Street junction with Lowerhouse Lane for a distance of approximately Bracewell Street Church Street five metres in a westerly direction; and Brennand Street Sutcliffe Street Ighten Road Tunnell Street (4) to prohibit vehicles driving on Langham Street, other than in Queen's Lancashire Way Widow Hill Road a certain direction of certain roads specified in Schedule 3 to this Queen Street Coal Clough Lane notice.
