Kalau ini- mulay-lah garang dan chuba mengger- lah maksud-nya, lebeh baik-lah guru2 tak orang lain. Dan kata-nya kalau dewasa ini di-masokkan sahaja di- sa-kira-nya awak ta' mahu beri awak bawah Jabatan Penerangan, beri ia gaji akan kena buang oleh Jabatan Pela- sa-bagai anggota penerangan daripada jaran. Yang paling memileh dia, dan melantek sa-orang rapat sa-kali dengan saya, Tuan Yang yang lain yang luar daripada kawasan di-Pertua, ia-lah dalam negeri Kelantan itu sendiri. Dan orang ini-lah terpaksa di-mana saya tinggal, bahkan lebeh di-pujok dan lantas jawatan penyelia dari pada itu di-kawasan Pasir Puteh. di-berikan kapada-ny a. Dato' Penghulu pileh uctok menjadi guru Sekolah mengatakan boleh-lah saya toiong Dewasa itu ada-lah terdiri daripada charikan. Apabila Dato' Penghulu itu kalangan orangquat dan penyokong dapat orang yang di-fikirkan layak- daripada Parti Perikatan, atau tegas- sebab orang itu tamat darjah VI dan nya UMNO. Saya rasa tentang soal pernah menjadi guru dalam Sekolah kelayakan dapat juga-lah di-katakan Melayu-aleh2 belum sempat berjumpa di-sini bahawa tidak-lah sa-penoh ke- penyelia-penyelia itu telah menghantar layakan saperti yang di-nyatakan oleh orang lain menjadi guru-yang kebetul- Yang Berhormat Timbalan Perdana an beliau itu sa-orang kuat UMNO Menteri dalam kertas jawapan-nya dalam kawasan yang berdekatan. Sava ber~enda~atbahawa usul ini tidak Enche' Abdul Rahman, Pegawai di-bawa &ka-ddam Dewan yang mulia PAS itu menyatakan kelas dewasa ini sa-kira-nya pegawai2 kelas dewasa saperti yang di-lancharkan oleh Kera- dan guru2 kelas dewasa itu ramai di- jaan Perikatan itu ada-lah untok ambil daripada ahli2 PAS. Tetapi ingat, menjual bangsa dan ugama, alang-kah mungkin usaha yang Kerajaan tujukan nakal-nya, Tuan Yang di-Pertua, tidak akan berjaya dan akan hampa tudohan-nya itu. Jadi saya nampak sebab orang PAS sendiri ta' suka masok bahawa orang2 PAS tidak sanggup dalam ha1 mernbazir. Dalam keterangan yang di-berikan tadi saya ada mendengar berkenaan Mr. Speaker: Perkara Utusan Melayu Penyelia negeri Pahang yang mana tidak boleh di-jadikan satu perbahathan beliau mengatakan yang Penyelia itu di-dalam Dewan ini. Tadi bila saya ada-lah orang daripada Hospital Assis- benarkan dia berchakap hanya kerana tant. Saya berharap beliau menyiasat dia membawa mithal sahaja. Kalau dengan lebeh halus lagi dalam ha1 ini mithal sahaja, saya benarkan dia ber- ia-itu Penyelia itu bukan-lah daripada chakap dan kapada siapa pun yang Hospital Assistant, beliau itu ada-lah membawa mithal saya benarkan. Sa-balek- menentang usul ini. Dalam keterangan nya pula, Tuan Yang di-Pertua, yang di-berikan oleh Ahli Yang Ber- sunggoh pun mereka2 yang di-anggap hormat yang membawa usul mengata- sa-bagai penyokong Perikatan tetapi kan mushkil yang Pengelola2 dan ada-kah jaminan mereka ini betu12 Penyelia2 ini telah di-pileh dengan menyokong Perikatan, kita belum tahu chara pileh kaseh. Jadi, tadi perchaya ia-itu ranchangan kelas tentang itu tidak-lah boleh jadi dasar dewasa itu elok di-adakan. Tetapi kita tujuan yang mengatakan kita memileh sendiri mendengar dan membacha kaseh. dalam surat2 khabar yang Ahli2 Yang Berhormat Kerajaan PAS tidak ber- Tuan Yang di-Pertua, saya merasa setuju dan menyatakan membazir ber- mushkil usul yang di-bentangkan oleh kenaan dengan kelas dewasa ini. Jadi, dua orang wakil daripada yang mem- Tuan Yang di-Pertua, jikalau-lah sa- bawa usul yang mengechi12kan sa-orang suatu perkara telah di-fikirkan mem- manusia di-hadapan Majlis yang mulia bazir dan tidak memberi faedah tentu- ini dan mengatakan mereka2 itu tidak lah pzrkara itu tidak akan berjalan dan ada berpelajaran tinggi dan sa-bagai- tentu akan rosak. Jadi, saya merasa, ny-a, tetapi pemimpin2 dunia banyak ta' payah-lah Ahli2 Parti Islam sa-Tanah yang tidak berasal berpelajaran tinggi. 7 AUGUST 1961

Kita tahu pemimpin dunia sa-bagai tahu faedah belajar. Bagitu juga soal kita dapat daripada mereka2 yang parti, saya rasa negeri-elantan dan sudah ada bersekolah untok mengajar Trengganu tidak-lah dapat di-tudoh mereka2 yang belum bersekolah. Dan kerana kita dapat tahu bahawa orang2 juga segala2-nya ini baharu kita adakan. di-sana kebanyakan-nya sentiasa lompat Kita akan menerima segala perkara ka-sana, lompat ka-sini, sa-kejap sana, yang tidak memuaskan hati tetapi sa-kejap sini . . . Di-sini, Tuan Yang di- Pulau Pinang, dan beliau ini Jawatan- Pertua, ada satu soal ia-itu soaI pileh Kuasa UMNO Pulau Pinang, dan sa- kaseh. Saya kita berhajatkan kapada pengalaman chabar Timbalan Perdana Menteri dan kebolehan pentadbiran-nya untok di-sini kalau ia boleh menunjokkan- menyusun Sekolah Dewasa. Jadi asas baharu ini sudah berjalan di-seluroh kita bukan ia hendak mengajar dan Tanah Melayu, sebab saya tahu, Tuan mengator. Di-Trengganu ia mengajar Yang di-Pertua, saya boleh tunjokkan pun tidak, mengator pun tidak, sebab orang yang tidak pun lulus Darjah I11 ia sudah tentu tidak mengajar, ia sudah menjadi guru Kelas Dewasa Pengelola, bila ia hendak mengator, di-Bachok. Dua hari yang lepas, Tuan dia tidak pernah memegang kerja; Yang di-Pertua, sa-belum kami ber- melainkan kerja parti-nya. Jadi, Tuan tolak untok menghadhiri sidang Yang di-Pertua, hujah yang macham Parlimen ini, saya pergi dengan chara ini ada-lah hajah yang amat lembek, datang bagitu sahaja menengok papan yang tidak boleh di-dirikan sa-suatu hitam tempat guru Kelas Dewasa itu lojik di-atas-nya. mengajar. Kerana guru yang di-pileh pehak Yang Berhormat Menteri Muda itu ia-lah daripada orang yang tidak Pembangunan Luar Bandar supaya ha1 mempunyai kelayakan, sebab ter- ini di-timbangkan, dan di-minta-lah paksa-dia ini orang parti kita. Apa sebab-nya, Tuan Yang Sekolah Umum, saya tengok kelayakan- di-Pertua? Pada mula-nya datang-lah nya ada. Pada satu hari, nasib dia rombongan pemileh ini di-kampong baik, Tuan Penyelia bagi Pengelola Pak Bad01 maka di-beri kerja ini Pelajaran Dewasa negeri Kelantan kapada puak2 Perikatan, tinggal guru kenal bahawa Che'gu ini orang PAS, PAS yang sudah mempunyai kelulusan maka pergi-lah ia berjumpa kapada mengajar Kelas Dewasa chara "Lau- orang2 karnpong, kampong itu nama- bach". Beliau naik berang dan meng- nya Kanlpong Telok. Dia ini di-tugas- hantar surat sembilan salinan, Tuan karl supaya mengumpulkan kira2 40 Yang di-Pertua-saya rajin juga orang supaya dapat di-buka satu kelas menghantar surat tetapi dua salinan dewasa di-kampong Telck itu. Che'gu sahaja-ia ini sembilan salinan- itu ada-lah sa-bagai sa-orang anak terrnasok Yang Berhormat Perdana kampong itu mengambil-lah nama2 Menteri dan sudah tentu Menteri yang murid yang ingin menjadi murid. Tiba2 lain juga tahu.
