EMS – LME are dedicated for Zero Energy Buildings / Communities DEWA Solar Innovation Centre, Dubai- UAE
LEED Platinum CxA Project Details DM LEED Platinum Net-Zero Energy Building Client: Ted Jacob Engineering Group Project: DEWA Solar Innovation Center Location: Dubai, UAE. BUA: 3,700 sqm Expected Duration: 12 Months
Project Description
The project involves the LEED consultancy of the DEWA Solar Innovation Center in order to obtain LEED Platinum accreditation. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park is the largest solar park announced in the region, and the solar technologies expected to play a pivotal role in Dubai’s next phase of socio-environmental evolution. Therefore DEWA decided to build a “Solar Innovation Centre” as an additional initiative within the park premises. This proposal confirms that the LEED consultancy and the associated Commissioning tasks shall be undertaken by EMS in order to attain the desired level of LEED Certification.
