The residential neighborhood of Kahala is home to 51,170 people and has a median age of 45.9 and a median household income of $107,396. Immediately adjacent to the site is Kahala Elementary school which has a student body of 375 students and approximately 1.6 miles away is Kapiolani Community College which has a student body of approximately 5,000 students.
