In respect of immovable property, the successful bidder/purchaser will have to deposit 25% of the price /bid amount immediately with Authorized Officer and in default of such deposit, the property shall forthwith be sold again. The balance 75% of the amount shall have to be deposited by the purchaser within 15 days from the date of confirmation of sale. If the amount is not paid within the stipulated time, the amount deposited will be forfeited and the bank will be at liberty to sell the property again. There are no encumbrances known to the Bank on the Properties. The parties interested to inspect the properties may do so from 01.06.2016 to 25.06.2016 between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. The parties participating in the auction should carry out proper due diligence over the properties before participating in the auction. As per Section 194-IA of the Income Tax Act 1961, TDS @ 1% will be applicable on the sale proceeds where the sale consideration is Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty Lakhs) and above. The successful bidder/purchaser shall deduct 1% TDS from the Sale Price and deposit the same with the Income Tax department in Form No 16-B, containing the Bank's name and the PAN No.AABCA7375C as a seller and submit the original receipt of the TDS Certificate to the Bank. The Purchaser shall be liable for payment of local taxes, Excise duty and any other statutory dues. The Registration charges and stamp duty on the documents executed for effecting the sale shall also be borne by the purchaser.
