During the season we farewelled a champion in Black Caviar and at the same time welcomed a new era with outstanding performances from a remarkable crop of three-year-olds and we look forward to these horses making their mark on racing in the seasons ahead. It was indeed a racing season to remember and I am pleased to present Racing Victoria’s Annual Report. The Annual Report includes Racing Victoria’s Financial Report along with the Financial Statements for the financial period ended 30 June 2013. The report also provides a snapshot of the racing season via key statistical data including premiership tables, the season’s Group 1 results and general racing statistics.
