Campbell, City Manager Alissa Angelo, Deputy City Recorder DATE: June 17, 2019 SUBJECT: Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME Local 3222 ISSUE Whether or not to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Stayton and AFSCME Local 3222, as presented. ENCLOSURE(S) • Collective Bargaining Agreement STAFF RECOMENDATION Staff recommends adoption of the newly negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement that will be in effect beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. The Bargaining Unit members have voted to approve the Agreement as presented. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The AFSCME Local 3222 Collective Bargaining Agreement expires June 30, 2019.
