Blaine County Emergency Communications is the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), answering E9-1-1 calls for Blaine County and all of its cities. Blaine County operates an enhanced 9-1-1 system. This system is driven by a statewide database that automatically identifies the street address, resident’s name, phone number and Electronic Serial Number (ESN) which identifies the location of an individual placing a call for emergency assistance.
