Seznam použitých zdrojů .............................................................................................................. 62 Resumé .................................................................................................................................................... 64 4 Úvod Téma bylo vybráno z důvodu autorova aktivního zapojení v daném tématu – působí jako trenér a je spoluzakladatelem ženského amerického fotbalu v Brně. Autor se tématikou žen ve sportu zabývá již několik let a poslední dobou se více věnuje ženám provozujícím na první pohled mužské sporty. Zajímá ho zejména velice důležitá úloha testosteronu, který nemá vliv jen na chování jedinců, ale i na rozvoj svalové hmoty, která je v těchto sportech nepostradatelná; a následné řešení tréninku žen v takovýchto podmínkách. Tato práce však bude zaměřena na trénink rychlosti a síly dolních končetin hráček amerického fotbalu. Síla dolních končetin je základem pro většinu sportovních výkonů, obzvláště potom pro americký fotbal. Jelikož se jedná o velice rychlou a dynamickou hru, propojení síly a rychlosti je základem úspěchu v tomto sportu. Zmíněným propojením se zabývá tato bakalářská práce. Přesněji je v ní popsán a následně i vyzkoušen tréninkový plán hráčky amerického fotbalu, zaměřený na zvýšení explozivní síly extenzorů kolene a svalů zapojujících se při běhu, což má vést k rychlejšímu a razantnějšímu projevu hráčky na hřišti. Při tvorbě tohoto plánu bylo využíváno odborné literatury věnující se tématům motorických schopností (síla a rychlost) a jejich rozvoje, teorii sportovního tréninku, dovednostem amerického fotbalu, běhu a ženám ve sportu. Jako podpora tohoto tréninku je edukace hráček v oblasti sportovní výživy, což by mělo zajistit dostatečný přísun živin potřebných k rozvoji svalové hmoty a dostatečnou hydrataci. Vhodně zvolené doplňky stravy mají eliminovat negativně ovlivňující vnější faktory. Charakter tréninku by měl pozitivně ovlivnit tělesné složení, rozvoj svalové hmoty i dynamickou sílu dolních končetin a tím zvýšit rychlost a obratnost zkoumaných jedinců. Explozivní (výbušnou) sílu můžeme zařadit mezi druhy dynamické síly, která se projevuje pohybem hybného systému či jeho částí s převahou izotonické 5 nebo excentrické kontrakce. Jednou z často testovaných pohybových schopností jsou právě explozivní schopnosti dolních končetin, které v celé řadě sportů představují důležitý faktor podmiňující sportovní výkon. Zdrojem informací o výbušné síle jsou výsledky motorických testů, dosažené na základě projevu této silové schopnosti. Nejčastěji se využívají výkony ve skocích, víceskocích, výskoku z místa, hodech a vrzích (Dovalil & Kračmar, 1986). Explozivní silové schopnosti dolních končetin jsou nejčastěji hodnoceny výkonem ve skoku do dálky z místa a druhým, dlouho používaným testem, je vertikální výskok z místa v různých modifikacích. 6 1. Teoretická část 1.1. Americký fotbal Americký fotbal je branková kolektivní hra hrající se s oválným míčem. Cílem je skórováním získat více bodů než soupeř. Skórovat je možné přinesením či zachycením balónu v koncové zóně soupeře (touchdown – 6 bodů), složením hráče s balónem v jeho koncové zóně (safety – 2 body) nebo kopem do soupeřovy brány (fieldgoal – 3 body). Tento sport není v České republice moc rozšířený ani populární, i když v posledních letech na popularitě získává čím dál víc. Jedním z důvodů toho, že Čechy americký fotbal nebaví, může být i obsáhlost a složitost pravidel, časté přerušování hry nebo i zranění spojené s tímto sportem. Avšak, co se týče ženské verze, je pro fanouška naopak velice atraktivní. Je to další cesta, jak veřejnosti přiblížit tento krásný sport. Je to propojení taktiky, rychlosti, obratnosti, síly a celkové fyzické i psychické zdatnosti. Američtí fotbalisté se často stávají nejlepšími sprintery a naopak. O tomto sportu se v mnoha zdrojích píše jako o nejkolektivnějším sportu vůbec. V každém týmu amerického fotbalu se vytvoří něco jako rodina, jejíž členové si pomáhají i v osobním životě. Může to být tím, že se hráči na hřišti navzájem brání před fyzickými útoky soupeřů, což v každém jedinci prohlubuje důvěru.
