The Essex County Council (A113 High Road, Chigwell) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.6) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To extend the existing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on the following length of A113 High Road, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest: Road Description A113 High NORTH SIDE: Road, Chigwell i. From a point approximately 11 metres south west of the centre line of its junction with Luxborough Lane, south west for a distance of approximately 17 metres. ii. From a point approximately 12.5 metres north east of the centre line of its junction with Luxborough Lane, north east for a distance of approximately 15.5 metres. Schedule 1 of The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2016 is hereby varied as detailed above. Further details: A copy of the draft Order, the Order to be amended, maps illustrating the proposals, a copy of this notice and a Statement of Reasons may be examined at all reasonable hours at Network Assurance, A2 Annexe Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford; Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping and Chigwell Library, Hainault Road, Chigwell.
