No doubt the City has incurred more than normal expense this year, but cutting neighborhoods is a terrible way to do it. My association is excellent at keeping us informed of looming events and issues. And it is a wonderful way of connecting neighbors. Let the neighborhoods share some of the budget pain, but do not try to balance the budget on the neighborhood’s back.
