The article deals with the right of the population to remotely familiarize themselves with and serve the population interested in the cultural and historical heritages of Uzbekistan in the period of globalization. The author pays attention to the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, as well as studied foreign experience. The paper analyzes the use of e-tourism and service methods and their place in the improvement during the fight against coronavirus. Keywords: website, service, tourism, history, culture, people, quarantine, law, Internet INTRODUCTION E-tourism is a very relevant topic for a modern globalized society. Since, in 1999, the first tourism website appeared on the Internet degriftour.com. over time, tourist sites have taken up a large volume in the total number of Internet sites that have appeared. This is a new type of tourism that is developing in Western Europe and in America and has become very popular in developed countries due to the development of information technology and the Internet expansion of the websites of many places of accommodation. But this type of tourism has become even more relevant in the modern period. Innovations in the field of tourism sometimes arise completely unexpectedly and even unpredictably under the influence of events in society. Therefore, the study of innovation processes, the reasons for the emergence of innovations, and the development of methods for their implementation is of significant and practical scientific interest. Author's methodology: comparative analysis and logical approach for solving problems Discussion As we know, on July 18, 2019, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the law "on tourism" in a new version. The law approved the creation of a coordinating Council for tourism development to "improve the interaction of state bodies, non- governmental non-profit organizations, and tourism entities on creating favorable conditions for sustainable tourism development". The Council will include representatives of the authorized state Agency, interested state agencies, as well as non-governmental non-profit organizations. According to the document, tour operators and travel agents carry out tourist activities on the basis of a license issued by an authorized state Agency. For

individuals — individual entrepreneurs who provide excursion services, obtaining a license is not required. Guides (guides-interpreters), guides and instructors-guides can provide services independently as individuals engaged in business activities without the formation of a legal entity, or on the basis of employment contracts with legal entities after obtaining the appropriate certificate. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed to turn into a tourist center. Shavkat Mirziyoyev: "one of the most important tasks facing the Government is to ensure the growth of the flow of tourists to our country this year to 7.5 million people," the President said in his Message to the Parliament. Indeed, Uzbekistan has been a member of UNESCO since October 26, 1993 and takes an active part in cooperation with this Organization in all areas of its competence. In the period from 1997 to 2001, as well as from 2009 to 2013, the Republic of Uzbekistan was twice elected to the governing body – the Executive Council of UNESCO. The final session of the 155th session of the Executive Council of UNESCO was held in Uzbekistan on November 6-7, 1998. as a result, the Tashkent Declaration "Culture of peace and UNESCO's activities in member countries"was adopted. Under the auspices of UNESCO, significant anniversaries of prominent figures and scientists who made an invaluable contribution to the history, science and culture of the whole world were celebrated for the people of Uzbekistan, such as: * 600th anniversary of astronomer Mirzo Ulugbek • 660th anniversary of Amir Temur * 1200th anniversary of the scientist al-Ferghani • 1225th anniversary of the scholar and theologian al-Bukhari • 545-th anniversary of the scientist and of the artist-miniaturist Kamoliddin Behzod In addition, celebrations of the anniversaries of the cities of and (2500 years), Shakhrisabz and Karshi (2700 years), as well as Samarkand (2750 years) and Tashkent (2200 years) were held under the auspices and in cooperation with UNESCO. With the direct assistance of UNESCO, the international Institute of Central Asian studies was established in the city of Samarkand. 10 UNESCO departments and 10 public educational centers, as well as 34 UNESCO associated schools, have been established and are successfully operating in various parts of Uzbekistan. At the same time, the need for accelerated development of pilgrimage and medical tourism, which have great potential, was stressed: "our country has more than 8,200

cultural heritage sites, of which only 500 are included in tourist routes. The government should develop measures to increase the number of sites included in the routes of pilgrimage and traditional tourism to 800 within three months." During the address of the President, another important task was noted – to speed up the inclusion of new objects of Uzbekistan in the lists of objects of tangible and intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO. "This year, the tourist infrastructure will be actively developed, including 200 billion soums of subsidies from the State budget for the construction of new modern hotels," the President added. Historical and cultural sites of Samarkand, Shakhrisabz, Bukhara and Khiva are included in the UNESCO world heritage List. Bukhara was declared a "City of peace"by UNESCO in 2001. The Shashmaqom, Katta ashula and Navruz are included in the Representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO. Also, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on January 28 this year on the development of tourism, further popularization of physical culture and sports. According to statistics, we know that today the volume of the world tourism market is almost 9 trillion dollars. Every tenth person employed in the world works in this sphere.According to research, tourists prefer to visit those countries where the flight time does not exceed 5 hours. Around our country in this radius there are about 60 States and a population of 3 billion people. Of these, almost 360 million people travel annually. This is a huge tourism market. Last year, 6.7 million tourists visited Uzbekistan. More than 10 authoritative foreign publications have recognized our country as one of the most attractive tourist destinations. It is planned to increase the flow of foreign tourists to 7.5 million this year, 10 million in 2022 and 12 million in 2025. this will bring the export of tourist services to 1.5 billion dollars this year and 3 billion dollars over the next five years. Thanks to the efforts of our head of state, in particular as a result of consistent implementation of tasks outlined in the presidential resolution "On measures for the accelerated development of domestic tourism" of February 7, 2018, and the growth of welfare of the population and is widely developing domestic tourism. However, there is an acute shortage of hotels that meet international standards and qualified staff-guides. In this regard, it is necessary to increase the number of hotels to 1.7 thousand this year and to 3 thousand over the next 5 years. It is necessary to increase the number of family guest houses to 2 thousand. Along with the expansion of traditional types of tourism, the need to develop new directions was noted. This is the need to attract online, that is, remote acquaintance with the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan. The state Committee for tourism development and the Ministry of culture have been instructed to increase the number of objects included in tourist routes to 800 this

year and to 2.5 thousand by 2025. The importance of implementing investment projects for the development of winter tourism in 2020-2025 was emphasized. Every tourist arriving in Uzbekistan should be satisfied. This will help him online tour in hotels, waiting rooms, at the airport, etc. Napimer, Tashkent is the capital of Uzbekistan, and what are its historical places, so that the tourist does not lose a single minute in vain, in his mobile phone application should be videos in the language that the tourist uses. Piyar videos are also relevant. You should also create minute-long promotional videos for all cultural heritage sites. In addition to Internet sites about tourism, special attention should be paid to YouTube video hosting, which allows Internet users to get acquainted with various tourist products. The advantage of YouTube video hosting is that It has the ability to provide TV information and advertising at any time. Therefore, the modern tourist begins to get acquainted with the city or hotel of interest through the Internet, and more often through the YouTube video hosting service. The information-savvy tourist is interested not only in video acquaintance with the country or hotel, but also in the events that took place there and may affect the choice of the tourist. The development of innovative technologies within YouTube definitely has a positive impact on the dynamics of consciousness about improving the culture of tourism. Travelers can plan their trip by choosing their preferred modes of transport and flights, hotels, a set of excursions, and paying for the entire package of services ordered at the same time. The nature and structure of tourism is changing. New technologies make it possible to flexibly and segmentally organize holidays that are competitive with the traditional offer. Mass, standard and complex tourism is replaced by new types of tourism, made to order, based on demand. The practice of new tourism is influenced by factors such as demographic changes (aging of the population), lifestyle, nature of work, frequency and duration of vacations. People strive for new and non-standard travel. Their growing awareness and new needs stimulate the tourism business, encourage innovation and innovation. Most innovative tourism products have their own niches in the market space (for example, environmental, adventure, and extreme tourism). Cultural and educational tourism, where innovative products have appeared, is also steadily popular. Tourism companies have always been and are now active supporters of new technologies. As already noted, modern developments in the field of telecommunications and e-marketing provide new opportunities for the tourism business and significantly affect its models. The latest technologies contribute to the introduction of e-tourism and e-travel and tourist information systems. E-tourism is an online service that provides direct sales of tourism services to end users and unites manufacturers, travel agents and intermediaries (B2).

E-travel is an online information service that advises on all issues that may arise when planning tourist trips and travel. Tourist information systems serve and provide information support to organizations that are engaged in e-tourism and e-travel. The information obtained from these sources can serve as a starting point for travel planning, price comparison, and dynamic tour layout. Currently, the Travel Industry's Leading Specifications Publication organization (OTA) Alliance operates in the world, which includes 150 organizations from all sectors of the tourism sector. The Alliance is a non-profit organization that works to create a single electronic language for use in the exchange of tourist information. The Alliance recently concluded an agreement with the world tourism organization to join forces and collaborate. A systematic approach to the development of tourism was shown in the choice of travel destinations. A destination is a place (territory) to visit that attracts tourists with its specific natural and recreational resources, attractions, historical and cultural heritage. Traditional tourism countries have spent the past 50 years developing industrial methods to cope with growing tourist demand, its internationalization, and the emergence of new competitive regions. Innovations in tourism often consist of a series of small steps that lead to gradual development and are a feedback process. In advanced travel companies, innovations are programmed and are a standard component in making decisions about further development. In order not to be caught off guard by unexpected innovations in the market, companies allocate part of their budget to research and development. The innovation process becomes predictable. This is what we encountered today. When the world's coronavirus patients are growing every day. As we know, today the Number of COVID-19 infections worldwide as of the evening of March 20 exceeded 274 thousand people. There are about 180 countries and territories on the planet. The total number of cases in , and exceeded the scale of the epidemic in . The age of information, saturated with large-scale changes and characterized by rapid development, one of the urgent needs of life is unprecedented throughout the history of mankind, innovative processes in modern tourism. Also relevant today are his statements of the Eastern scientist as Avicenna that, he points out that the main criterion for protecting health is to ensure the proportionality of all factors that are important for human life and health. The scientist believed that in order to be healthy, it is necessary to observe seven main principles. Today, this problem has become relevant again, as new rules for foreign tourists have been introduced in Uzbekistan in connection with coronavirus outbreaks in the world. According to the new order: – all citizens (regardless of which country they belong to) arriving by Charter flight or other specialized transport from China, South Korea, Iran, Italy, and

Also, the Law" on protection of the population from infectious diseases " provides a fairly extensive list of powers of local authorities concerning the introduction of quarantine on the relevant territory. powers. According to this article, in the territories where the quarantine is established, they are granted the right to: Violation of the requirements for compliance with the quarantine regime in Uzbekistan after visiting non-favorable countries due to coronavirus entails a criminal penalty of up to eight years in prison, the press service of the Agency for sanitary and epidemiological welfare under the Ministry of health reported. Because of the threat of coronavirus, the conditions of quarantine for Uzbek citizens who returned to their homeland were divided into several categories, and disregard for the rules of isolation threatens them with prison.I would like to warn you that in Uzbekistan, violators of the coronavirus quarantine face up to 8 years in prison. In this case, e-tourism is very acceptable and relevant. The main goal of distance tourism is to develop creative and intellectual abilities of a person through the open and free use of all educational resources and programs, including those available on the Internet. Currently, tourism is a vivid illustration of the large-scale application of e-Commerce in an entire sector of the economy. According to the data Insight analytical Agency, in 2016, the Russian online travel market amounted to 700 billion rubles, or about 11 billion dollars, which corresponds to 2.1 % of the global online travel market[1]. These are tours, tickets for all types of transport, cars for rent, tickets for entertainment events, hotel rooms. The tourism industry is one of the most profitable sectors of the world economy. The high share of tourism in the total volume of global e-Commerce is due to: first, the large prehistory of trade in tourist services through global distribution systems (GDS — Global Distribution System — global distribution system and CRS — Computer Reservation System — computer reservation system) since 1960. Secondly, the huge financial resources available to the world's largest airlines aimed at creating GDS. Third, the accumulated experience of using GDS by travel agents- retailers (who resell the product from tour operators or travel service providers using the global computer distribution system GDS). The most important feature of tourism is that tourism is an information-rich service. And only with the help of appropriate information and communication technologies, it can be quite easily and simply offered to the consumer. The most widespread use of e-Commerce in the tourism industry was in the early 90s of the XX century. There were a number of reasons for this: • high costs for maintaining the sales network; • high commissions to agents; • development of global computer networks; * insufficient efficiency of offices (limited working hours, weekends, etc.), etc. Example Viepoint has created an online platform that allows you to personalize your customer's vacation according to their wishes. In addition to the basic options, the traveler can make changes for each stage of their journey. Havas Voyages offers its users personalized criteria. The site allows you to select trips in an interactive form.

A company like Digit'm offers solutions that allow you to adapt the content of the site depending on the profile and behavior of the user to offer adequate content at the right time. The classification of tourist Internet resources by their level of belonging to various forms of "e-Commerce" is given below: • Level 0 — "page on the Internet". Detailed business card of the company. It can be provided with feedback tools-forms for filling out applications. This is not a complete e-Commerce system. There are a lot of such resources, almost all firms have a resource of this level. In conclusion, I would like to note that, in connection with the realities of today, the relevance of distance learning is that the results of the growth of coronavirus on the planet are now concentrated in the information sphere. At present, the era of technology and computer science has arrived. But the right to education is established by law. And this right of young people is being realized today through distance education. This is an area of communication, information, and knowledge. To continue and bring to a new, modern level of work on the development of science and education, education of young people with deep knowledge, high culture and spirituality, the formation of a competitive economy, Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed to declare 2020 the Year of development of science, education and the digital economy in our country. The main conclusions are that e-tourism is a very relevant topic for a modern globalized society. However, today there are not enough studies that reveal the benefits of the Internet's influence on the tourism industry in Uzbekistan with the highest number of cultural heritages, as well as in the world as a whole. The article defines the role of the Internet and satellite television in the development of a new type of tourism organization – electronic. the use of distance learning methods and their place in improving student performance during the fight against coronavirus tourist, travel company is always at a distance. In Uzbekistan today, the e-tourism system is only taking its first steps, but it is improving and expanding every year. We hope that the successful experience of e-tourism in other countries will be used in our country, and those who wish will be able to get acquainted with historical moments in the most convenient way for them. Hotels that have a Web site on their pages publish detailed information about the conditions of accommodation with prices for all services offered. Comparing these price lists, you can note that they differ markedly in the price range from the offers of travel agencies. Internet opportunities are attractive to potential tourists because they can independently get acquainted with the country they are going to visit, learn about attractions and hotels, as well as the conditions of living in them. Gradually, travelers have become more confident in and use such innovations as e-visa and e-ticket, which makes it possible to talk about the rapid development of e-tourism. Tourism is constantly developing in spite of the various obstacles of political, economic and social nature. In many

cases, the tourism business is an initiator and experimenter in the development and implementation of modern advanced technologies, constantly changing the forms and methods of offering and providing services, opening and mastering new opportunities. Every day innovations of various kinds are introduced in tourism under the influence of both scientific and technological progress and intellectual development of mankind.
