Top Youth & Prep Talent

What is the Pro Football Hall of Fame Academy? The Pro Football Hall of Fame Academy was created to empower athletes to succeed, to be excellent on gameday and to reach their destiny. This program, to be held at the new state-of-the-art facilities at the Johnson Controls Pro Football Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Ohio, will provide you with football training, education and character development from legendary NFL coaches, trainers and other football experts.

The Academy includes an intense football curriculum designed by Rich McGuinness, who created the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and has trained the nation's top preps for more than 10 years. You will not only learn skills to enhance the way you play the Game but also the values and life lessons that will benefit you on and off the field. You will receive on-field and classroom training with active and former NFL coaches, including Rod Woodson (Hall of Fame , & Dallas Cowboys), Pete Metzelaars (former Offensive Coordinator, Indianapolis Colts, , & San Diego Chargers), and Chuck Bresnahan (former Defensive Coordinator, Oakland Raiders). Members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame will lead a character development program.

Why attend the Academy? For today’s athlete, we combined the latest training technology, state of the art testing and master positional coaches from the NFL to create a world class curriculum for today’s middle school and prep athletes. This new paradigm focuses on the entire athlete. You will be on the fields, in the film/lecture rooms, playing, engaged and improving over 4 days and 3 nights, including a guided visit to the Hall of Fame Museum.

Who attends the Academy? Every year, the best in football from all levels are called to Canton. The prestigious NFL greats who are invited include those inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the NFL's top draft choices and the nation's top prep underclassman and NFL Prep Academy participants.
