NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION NO.05 OF 2020-21

Name of Work: Consultancy service for supervision of completely specialized works like replacement of bearing , RCC Pire jacketing, underwater concreting, micro concreting etc. for repair/rehabilitation work of different bridges under Cooch Behar Highway Division during the year 2020-21.

Sealed quotation are here by invited by the Executive Engineer, Cooch Behar Highway Division, P.W. (Roads) Directorate, from bonafide & resourceful consultancy having experience of similar nature of work and will be received in the tender Box kept in the office of Executive Engineer, Cooch Behar Highway Division, P.W. (Roads) Directorate for the work of “ Consultancy service for supervision of completely specialized works like replacement of bearing , RCC Pire jacketing, underwater concreting, micro concreting etc. for repair/rehabilitation work of different bridges under Cooch Behar Highway Division during the year 2020-21”

Following work to be done: i) Supervision for execution of completely specialized works, ii) Certification of such works on completion after observing necessary formalities.

Documents required along with the application : Photocopy of Current Trade License, PAN Card, Copy of I.T. return, P.T., GST, Credential certification of same nature of work.

1) Rate should be quoted for the works as mentioned above in the attached price schedule considering the work as mentioned in the scope of Work in ANNEXURE-I.

2) The quotationers before quoting their rate should acquaint themselves with the site condition.

3) No extra claims will be entertained on the ground of site condition or any other reasons.

4) The work to be completed within the stipulated time.

5) The Agency shall perform and complete the works in all respects.

Last Date and time for received of the quotation papers in sealed cover: 15.02.2021 up to 2.00 P.M.

The rate must include all taxes of State Government (like P.T., IT, ST, Service Tax) and the cost of carriage and all other incidental charges.

The quotationers must quote the rate with his knowledge and belief after going through the item/items of the work. The Executive Engineer, Cooch Behar Highway Division reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason to any quotaioner.

Terms And Conditions:

1. The intending quotationer shall have to arrange skilled & experienced person for executing the work in the event of any accident involving any workman employed by the contractor, the contractor shall be solely responsible to bear expense in connection there to. The undersigned will not be in any way responsible for the same. 2. Rate are inclusive of cost of all taxes and any other charges (if any) in complete stage. 3. The quotationers are required to quote their rates both in figure as well as in word for each item of work. 4. Time of completion within completed of civil works. 5. The undersigned is not bound to accept the quotation and may reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. 6. Income tax & GST will be deducted as applicable as per Govt. rules. 7. The successful quotationers shall have to execute an agreement in form no. 2911(ii) duplicate and will have to deposit security money at 2% of total amount at the time of agreement in the from of Bank Draft drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of the Executive Engineer, Cooch Behar Highway Division, and the same will be refunded after successful completion of work.
