А также был смоделирован рабочий стенд облачного хранилища на решении с открытым исходным кодов – OwnCloud. В разделе безопасности жизнедеятельности был произведён анализ условий труда, был произведён расчёт кондиционирования в серверной комнате. В ходе разработки проекта был составлен бизнес-план, по полученным показателям которого видно, что проект является экономически эффективным. Annotation In this work was carried out a comparative analysis of public services and cloud storage solutions. Moreover, it has modeled on a stand cloud storage solutions with open source code - OwnCloud. Under life safety was made the analysis of working conditions, the calculation was made conditioning in the server room. The project development was drawn up a business plan, in which the resulting figures it is clear that the project is cost-effective. Так вот, все перечисленные атрибуты по своей сути являются носителями какой-либо информации. Но, для того, чтобы этой информацией воспользоваться или же с кем-то ею поделиться, данный носитель у вас должен быть при себе. Благодаря облачным хранилищам данных потребность в выше описанных носителях сама собой отпадает! Загрузив на сервера необходимую информацию, вы всегда сможете иметь к ней доступ с ПК или с любого другого устройства (планшет, смартфон, телефон), имеющего выход в интернет. Облачное хранилище данных – это виртуальный носитель информации, который хранит и обрабатывает данные на многочисленных серверах, разбросанных по всему миру. Каждый облачный сервис имеет определенный лимит в виде ГБ (Гигабайт) виртуального пространства, предоставляемого пользователю абсолютно бесплатно. Со временем, если пользователь захочет его расширить (увеличить), ему придется заплатить согласно тарифного плана. Получается своего рода рекламный ход. Человек привыкает к удобству и мобильности хранилища, а когда понимает, что облако его полностью устраивает во всех направлениях, платит за аренду «удовольствия». В основном платными тарифами пользуются люди, имеющие свой интернет- бизнес, предоставляя тем самым своим клиентам скачивать различные данные (файлы, обучающие курсы и т.д.) на хорошей скорости и с максимальной безопасностью. Тем, кто не собирается массово раздавать свои продукты, а использует облако в качестве хранения информации, доступ к которой время от времени предоставляется только узким кругам, вполне обойдутся бесплатными тарифами. На практике облачное хранилище данных дарит некоторые возможности пользователям ПК: - во-первых, надежное место для хранения личной и рабочей информации пользователя в неограниченном количестве файлов (у каждого провайдера свои лимиты бесплатного обслуживания, при постоянной подписки, не превышающие 10-25 ГБ); - во-вторых, гибридность доступа, владельцы имеют доступ к размещенной в облаке информации с любого мобильного и настольного устройства подключённого к сети интернет; - в-третьих – нет проблем с загрузкой файлов, дублированием и копированием. Это были основные моменты, дающие возможность решения и модернизации способов и мест хранения информации уже в настоящем. Для того, чтобы начать пользоваться сервером, необходимо лишь, выбрать 11 провайдера, установить приложение на компьютер и дополнительные устройства (планшет телефон и т.д.). Для выбора компании-провайдера, предлагающей услуги облачного хранилища, обуславливается больше видом деятельности пользователя и его интересами, так как функциональные возможности серверов существенно отличаются: - наличием приложений для операционных систем (Windows, Android, iOS, и др.), мобильных телефонов, смартфонов и т.п.; - лимитами бесплатного сервиса и условиями тарифных планов свыше лимитов; - ограничениями по объему файлов; - возможным расширением виртуального пространства для новых дисков, реферальными программами и мн. др. Актуальность темы моего дипломного проекта, состоит в том, что ежедневно, практически у каждого человека, потребность в доступе к информации с разных устройств возникает всё больше и больше, а носить с собой физические накопители не всегда удобно и не всегда получается, для решения этой проблемы, были созданы файловые хранилища, в которые можно загрузить информацию, а затем она будет доступна с любого устройства, подключённого к интернету. Целью дипломного проекта является сравнительный анализ общедоступных сервисов и решений, построение полноценной модели облачного хранилища и выявление экономического потенциала. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: - проанализировать и дать техническое описание об облачном хранилище; - дать характеристику плюсам и минусам «облака». Узнать, какие существуют облачные сервисы и решения; - проанализировать построение облачных файловых хранилищ с открытым исходным кодом; - построить модель облачного хранилища данных. 12 1 Облачное хранилище данных 1.1 Предпосылки появления облачных технологий Самому появлению облачных хранилищ ближе к 2005 году посодействовало пара фактор. В один момент, ряд компаний произвели наборы Web-приложений, предназначенных для работы с документами. В качестве абсолютно бесплатного дополнения к ним были файловые хранилища, и для прошлых лет это были приличные свободные ёмкости. Хранить файлы позволялось не только офисного происхождения, но и любые остальные форматы. Но с иной стороны, в тот момент начинала произрастать новая ветвь конкуренции между имеющимися почтовыми сервисами. И уже в качестве одной из форм конкуренции стало появление новых сервисных услуг, одной из которых стало предоставление свободного места в онлайн- хранилище. Увеличивалось оно прямо пропорционально с ростом увеличения объёма почтовых ящиков. К началу нынешнего века объём хранилищ имел счёт в десятки мегабайт, сегодня объём подошёл к отметке в несколько терабайт. Среди всех игроков на этом рынке, но сильнее выделялись Microsoft и Google. Первыми сервисами, первоначально ориентированные как облачное хранение были такие компании как, CrashPlan, Amazon S3 и многие другие существующие до сих пор, но в некоторых случаях изменившие бренд и марку компаний. Все пользователи использовали данные сервисы для синхронизации различных рабочих и домашних устройств между собой, для резервного копирования важных документов, иногда и просто для обмена файлами между пользователями.
