Purpose 1.1 This topic paper is one in a series which sets out and summarises how the Council has prepared its Local Plan and supersedes the version published in January 2018. It outlines the steps, processes and evidence that have guided and informed the formulation of the Spatial Strategy and the selection of strategic development sites.
