On that time Jyothi loves to her relative Yakasiri Nagababu. Then complainant and her relatives warned her daughter about the issue and also stopped her daughter’s study. On 10.10.2019 complainant and her daughter went to Government Womens college, Guntur for collecting the T.C. at about 11.00 a.m., they were in office, at that time Jyothi went to bathroom, subsequently she did not return and was found disappeared, her whereabouts are not known. After complainant and her relatives searched the surrounding places for her daughter, but no use. Niha Mubarak, who aged about 20 years, being the elder daughter of the complainant S. Syed Basha, S/o late S. Mahaboob Saheb, resident of D.No. 13-198, Mutton Market Street , Madanapalle Town, studying final year B.Com., at Govt. Degree College for Girls, used to attend the college study hours even after dropped the complainant morning hours and she stayed there up to 01.00 P.M. and thereafter she left over the college without informing to the college authorities and went somewhere. But she could not return to the afternoon classes and found disappeared. On knowing it, the complainant went to the studying college of the missing woman and interacted with the tutors including watchmen and they confirmed that the missing women had attended her study hours up to 01-00 P.M. and thereafter she found disappeared. Even though, the complainant has also interacted with the co- students about the identity of the missing woman, they also confirmed as stated by the same college management. Later, the complainant and his family members, all of them have made clear and elaborated enquires here and there also surrounding places and even through got enquired at the houses of the relatives and known persons, but no useful information could be got. The complainant family strongly suspected that one S. Meera, who is working as Scooter Mechanic, about his involvement was moving closely with the missing woman on the pretext of love and thus both of them eloped somewhere. At present their whereabouts is not known. Then, the complainant came to the P.S. along with his family members and preferred a report regarding the disappearance of the missing woman and also establishment of the suspected person with full description particulars of the missing woman for taking necessary action. Hence, the complainant has requested for render justice. Kuchipudi is a village in Movva taluk of Krishna District. 'Art' is experience, environment, racial experience, social and individual attitudes to living with others. It is a developing force within man enabling him to achieve his own pattern and design for worship and prai~e. Dancing is an art like vocal and instrumental music existing from times immemorial. It has been said that the dance is a form of'Yoga'. In the vastness of our country and its multitude of regional cultures many styles of dancing were developed. Of these, 8haratha Nat yam, Kuchipudi Dance, Kathakali, Odissi, Kathak and Manipuri are considered to be the main schools of Indian classical dancing. Each has got its own special and attractive features. Kuchipudi Dance is an art of outstanding contribution of Andhra Pradesh towards the enrichment of Indian culture. This dance tradition dates back to the 76th century when Siddhendra Yogi the patron­ saint developed this art form from the crude form of'Veedhi Naatakam' to '8hagavata Natakas' a refined technique with grand lucid and graceful movements with greater scope of Natya, Nritta and Nrutya.
