5. MATTERS OF NOTE
. Solar Christmas lights have been installed on the tree at the foot of Sandridgebury Lane. It is expected that these will be replaced with permanent lights for Christmas 2018 . A new bin has been installed at Skyswood, just outside the woodland at the Hughenden Road entrance. This was funded by St. Albans District Council with ongoing emptying to be paid for by Sandridge Parish Council . A Highways Tracker meeting for Harpenden Rural (Sandridge Village) took place on December 1st with County Councillor Annie Brewster . As requested, a fence has been erected by St Albans District Council between William Bell Open Space and the Furse Avenue garage site in an attempt to reduce anti-social behaviour there
