Permits the State Racing Commission to grant a permit to conduct horse-racing meetings at a proposed new location if: (1) it is in the same or a contiguous county; (2) it is within fifty miles of the current location associated with the permit; and (3) it is not in the same county as another location at which live horse-racing is conducted. 2 LOT - 1 Lottery Transfers to the Lottery Profits Education Fund

6 IGO - 2 Video Lottery Terminal Oversight
