Spinning II - For riders who are ready to take the spinning experience to the next level. Class will consist of Interval and Race Day rides where riders maintain a MHR at or above 80% for a longer duration accompanied by shorter periods of rest.

Senior Spin - A shortened and less intense version of our regular spin.

Step Interval - A total body workout combining step and interval training.

PraiseMoves! - PraiseMoves! is a national program developed as a Christian alternative to yoga. This class promotes deep stretching and gentle movements with scripture verses and prayer.
