The Membership Committee of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Educational Advancement Foundation (EAF) is seeking nominations for its Outstanding EAF Member Award. The purpose of the award is to recognize a member who exemplifies the mission of EAF. Information about the Nominee:

Note: Nominees will be evaluated against the criteria listed below. Please use no more than 1 additional page (2- sided is OK) to give examples and provide information / evidence of how nominee meets the criteria. A special Outstanding EAF Member Award Committee will judge nominations based on the individual’s overall commitment, participation, and impact on EAF. Committee will be comprised of regional coordinators, members of the EAF membership committee, and/or EAF board members.

CRITERIA

The Nominee should:  Be an EAF champion at the local, regional, and international level.  Have made a personal donation at one of recognition levels within 10 years or has been a significant catalysts for attracting and cultivating resources for EAF.  Regularly attends EAF events (EAF Luncheons, Greek Shows, Concerts, etc) at Regional Conferences, Boules and Leadership Seminars.  Participates in the Annual EAF Membership Meetings at Boule or Leadership.
