How to Nominate:

1. Carefully read the selection criteria 2. Complete the Nomination Form, hand written or Online https://app.e2ma.net/app2/survey/1733021/213063614/77d756bc45/?v=a 3. When writing a piece for each nomination ensure that the selection criteria has been addresses, these will be utilised when presenting the awards. 4. An individual Coach may only be nominated for one chosen discipline. 5. Submit your nominations to the PCAWA Office: a. Email to: [email protected] b. PCAWA Jumping Coach of the Year PCAWA Rural Coach of the Year Selection criteria: Selection criteria:  Be a current member of PCAWA  Be a current member of PCAWA  Contribution to development of the jumping coaching  Rural is defined as your club & home address being 150 km program at Pony Club or more from Perth GPO  Commitment to personal professional development  Mentor to other coaches in their Club and/or Zone  Personal passion and resilience  Encourages the development of coaching skills in Associates  Feedback from students and peers members in their club and/ or Zone  Contribution to development of the coaching program at PCAWA Associate Member of the Year Pony Club Selection criteria:  Commitment to personal professional development  Displays Pony Club values  Personal passion and resilience  Participation in Pony Club rallies  Feedback from students and peers  Service to Club  Role model for younger members  Club citizenship (e.g. helpful to others) PCAWA Volunteer of the Year  Demonstrate strong commitment and dedication to their Selection Criteria: Club and the Association  Uphold and promote the ideals and objectives of PCAWA  Contribution to development of their Pony Club or PCAWA Event of the Year Association for the benefit of members Selection criteria:  Commitment to good governance and professionalism  Suitability of grounds  Well organised PCAWA Club of the Year  Sound risk management procedures in place Selection Criteria:  Friendly and inclusive  Implementation of initiatives to attract and retain members  Positive and encouraging atmosphere  Inclusive and responsive to the needs of members  Delivery of coaching syllabus  Uphold and promote the ideals and objectives of PCAWA
