Elena Vankline 10/25/15 Hershey Park

Hi, I’m Elena, and I’ve been on an awesome trip. Why don’t I tell you about it? It all started out when my mom was shooing me to bed. Even though it was summer I had to go to bed early. This was because we had to make a trip to Hershey Park in the morning. “Yay, we’re going to Hershey Park tomorrow!” said Hannah my little sister. She always gets excited if we’re going somewhere fun.

When it was morning I woke up, and found that everyone was rushing around trying to get the car packed. It took about two to three hours to get there. When we were near Hershey Park we saw a sign that said “Hershey” with a Hershey kiss next to it. They were both made of a bush, that’s cool.

The car came to a stop my mom gave a man some money, and the man said “have a sweet day!”With a smile .I couldn’t wait to get out of the car, neither could Hannah and Daniel my little sister and brother. It took us a little while before we could get our things and our selves together, and out of the car.

Finally, we made it to the park; it was big and really loud: Roller coasters, games of tag, screaming, shouting, yelling, music, and more. At Hershey Park everyone was trying to get everywhere. We went on a lot of breath taking rides; they were all so fun it was hard to choose a favorite. We went on a train ride, boat ride, frog hopper, carousel, sky hanger, car drive, and more that I can remember. The worst ride I went on was the laff tracc.

I had gone on the ride with my mother. I don’t think my mom was very happy when we got off the ride, she was excited to get on the ride and she Elena Vankline 10/25/15 didn’t like it, and the upsetting part was we had to wait in a long line, because it was the newest ride in Hershey Park. The ride was part scary part fun. The pictures on the wall were terrifying. I’d describe that ride as a laughter disaster.

Our time at Hershey Park was the best time that summer, even if there was a bump in the road. Hershey Park is a great place to go, its fun to spend time with your family there. Oh, and always make sure you don’t forget to get some chocolate from there, after all it is Hershey Park – the chocolate is fresh from the shop!
