Question 1: Does a Non-Medical Case Manager have to be based out of a clinical setting?

AFC Response: No, a Non-Medical Case Manager can be based in a clinical setting, or at a community based organization.

Question 2: If we request part of an FTE, will we get supervision, equipment and travel support as well?

AFC Response: Yes, based on a formula that AFC uses across all programs, you will receive supervision per FTE as well as travel and equipment. For instance, since awardees are receive $5,000/1.0 FTE in supervision, would we receive $7,500 for 1.5 FTE’s

Question 3: For currently funded agencies that apply for NMCM funding, will the “client level of need assessment” that all agencies had to complete, be taken into consideration in making final funding decisions?

AFC Response: Yes, AFC will use this assessment as well as many other tools to make funding decisions.

Question 4: In the narrative workbook appendix 7 is related to resumes and job descriptions, in the forms work book, the appendix related to resumes and job description is not present. Should we includes resumes and job descriptions?

AFC Response: No, do not include resumes and job descriptions as stated in appendix 7 in the narrative workbook as part of this proposal

Question 5: Looking at the client demographic template (forms workbook), are the percentages for the total HIV program that fit each demographic? And what is meant by affected?
