SUMMARY A Lebanese Surveyor with 10 years' experience in construction. Starting from Lebanon then KSA, Algeria, and again to KSA; during these years I have successfully handled different positions Like Land Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Site civil Supervision and Management of surveying department, I am familiar with working in extreme hard conditions and remote deserts. EXPERIENCE

 April 2014 –Present Company: Saudi Lebanese Tarouk Contracting Co. (Lebanese Construction company working in KSA and classified by Saudi authorities as CLASS A contractor for buildings.)

Position: Surveying Manager. Job Description: Head of surveying department for 2 of the most strategic projects of the company: 1. Project1: Riyadh Public Transportation Control Center RPTCC: The Project is a part of Riyadh Metro, Tarouk is the main contractor of Riyadh development authority working under supervision of Dar Alhandasah As a consultant: The Project Contains: Main building (basement+3floors) 12,000sq meters concrete and steel structure building, Utility building, pavilion building, car parking, Land scape, infra structures, internal roads, External Roads (1Km 4lans each way roads), perimeter fence, 6guard houses, and steel sheds. In this project 5 surveyors are working under my direct supervision. 2. Project2: King Abdullah Financial District Metro Station: This Project is a Part of Riyadh metro project. It is an ICONIC METRO STATION designed by ZAHA HADID ARCHITECT. In this project Tarouk is subcontractor of BACS consortium for all civil, architectural and steel structure works. In this project 2 surveyors are working under my direct supervision.

My Duties Includes but not limited:

 Interviewing, hiring, and training of new Surveyors and asst. surveyors.  Daily supervision and guiding of survey works.  Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re- establishing the points in the field. (Traverse closure calculation)  Process of project localization starting from the cadastral control points and coordination with designers for the survey related drawings.  Calculation of all surveying data for projects items (Locations Coordinates, axis, alignments and levels) according to the approved drawings and supervises the setting out onsite.  Preparation of all sketches records, and composite drawings logs in order to save in the project data base.  Calculation/ supervision of calculation of Quantities of earth works.  Preparation of steel structures erection reports.  Coordination of all surveying issues with consultants and sub-contractors.

 July 2010 –April 2014 Company: Matelec International Engineering and Contracting (Lebanese Company specialized in the manufacturing of electrical equipment's and construction of electrical sub-stations and power plants. It's acting in the Middle East and Africa.)

Position: Senior Civil and Quantity Surveyor.

Projects: Construction of Electrical Substations in Africa-Mainly Algeria.

Job Description:  Calculate surveying Data for excavation, blinding concrete, and foundations limits, columns, pedestals… (Locations Coordinates, axis, alignments and levels) according to the approved civil drawings and make the setting out on site.  Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re- establishing the points in the field.  Agree the reference points which will be used for the setting out (Check all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits).  Ensure the positional accuracy of the works.  Identify any positional or dimensional errors in the Contract Drawings to the project manager.  Report any works constructed to incorrect alignment or levels.  Ensure survey instruments are routinely calibrated.  Verify the accuracy of the information contained on the as built drawings  Oversee the measurement of completed construction work to determine "as-built" quantities for the construction, which are used in computing the cost of the project.  Work with contractors in providing survey data for expediting construction projects.  Attend pre-construction conferences to convey information of contractor's intent to field crews and the engineering design, inspection.  Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of survey crews.  Carry out the topographic survey of any new project (make the drawing of the natural ground levels, contour lines...)  Calculation and measurements of civil and finishing works  Contractor's invoices and payment certificates.

 November 2008-June 2010 Company: Almabani General Contractors (Class A construction Company in KSA; Specialized in the construction of Highways, Airports, and heavy civil works) Position: Surveyor (Civil Works) . Project: Riyadh Power Plant No10 (PP10 3000MW) Riyadh Saudi Arabia Job Description:  To prepare drawing references for Land Surveyors on site.  To prepare drawings (soft copy) with corresponding co-ordinates and elevations, and input on Survey Instruments, such as Total Station and GPS.  To review and re-check the drawings (IFC, DCN etc...).  To prepare data for road works; levels and coordinates for base course asphalt and curb stones, Road lighting, Duct banks, Storm water drainage system, and other infra structures.  To prepare as-built reports on every finished civil work based upon the actual survey results gathered by the field surveyors.  Calculate the quantities of works of the Earthwork and prepare the Bill of Quantities/Check, verify and approve the BOQ submitted by subcontractors.  To coordinate with the Engineering Department for updates and problems on designs.  To act as Head of the department in absence of the Chief Surveyor.

 June 2007-November 2008 Company: Hammoud Establishment for trading and contracting (HETC) Position: Surveyor Project: Hasbaya-Marjeyoun Road (South Lebanon)

Job Description:  To mark location and levels at site (Center line, curbstone, road markings...)  To manage and follow up the work of excavators and construction equipment's though civil works.
