Welcome to our team! I am looking forward to many exciting and rewarding experiences this year. Remember, your child will get out of this class what they put into it. I will be working my hardest to help them learn Math, but it is ultimately their responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns at any time during the year, please email me or give me a call.

Please read the Course Plans and Requirements with your child. It will help you know what their responsibilities are, as well as what to expect from Math class this year. Then sign below indicating that you understand the course expectations as outlined above. If time permits, tell me about your adolescent learner. What are your goals for him/her this year in Math? What are your child’s strengths? What else would you like me to know about your child?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to fill out this information and I look forward to meeting with you in the future.
