Brentwood High School 2014 Gary Mintz 20th Annual Pancake Run Sunday, December 7, 2014 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sponsor Form SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS Race Sponsor: Race sponsors’ names will be included in the Title of this year’s race and their logos will $5000 and over earn prominent positions at the race and on the race t-shirts – if received by deadline!

Corporate Sponsor: Corporate Sponsors’ will have their logos on the race t-shirt, along the running $1000 and over route and at the awards ceremony plus Benefactor level if received by deadlines (Application – October 5, 2015 & t-shirt – November 4, 2014)!

Benefactor: Benefactors’ will have their logo at the awards ceremony. In addition benefactors’ will $500 and over receive a full page advertisement in the event’s journal. Benefactor’s Logo placed on the GM 5K Run Application (all new copies – due October 5, 2014.) & t-shirt (due by November 4, 2014) Contributor: Contributors’ logos will be included on the race t-shirt. $150 and Over

Donor: Your company’s name will be displayed at the awards ceremony on the day of the race. $149 and under
