The Role Reporting into the Marketing Automation Manager, the successful Marketing Programme Managers will create smart, compelling customer focused marketing automation journeys that deliver a return on investment. They will be responsible for ensuring each identified customer segment has a strategic customer driven journey that builds awareness, creates demand for our products and services and nurtures and converts leads into sales. They will continually use analytics and testing to improve and enhance returns from campaigns including lead scoring and nurturing activity.

Key responsibilities:  Manage all elements of marketing automation programs including emails to the database and other lead generation campaigns  Manage and create the full lifecycle of customer journeys within marketing automation from planning, to development, to implementation and tracking results  Improve and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue through expert knowledge and implementation of marketing automation  Support adoption across the vertical sales, client services and marketing teams to ensure they are using marketing automation to its full potential  Review, adapt and evolve performance to drive a higher return on investment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:  Bachelor’s level education or equivalent  Expert on using Marketing Automation (ideally Oracle: Eloqua)  Strong background in lead generation programs, email marketing best practices, and inbound marketing is crucial, along with experience improving marketing and sales alignment through continuous business process improvement  Experience in Marketing Operations with experience with email campaign execution, A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting  Highly analytical and process driven and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization  Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes  Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions  Able to deal with ambiguity and work in a matrix organization, adaptable and flexible
