Key Responsibilities-

Operations Management  Handling daily volume of more than 1000 MT extended in entire Depot including District of Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Jalore, Pali, and Sirohi.  Achieving daily dispatch target, keeping pending orders at minimum level to improve service level.  Keeping track on Inventory level of in 10 Warehouses of entire Jodhpur Depot.  Arrangement of Depot / Warehouse for safe storage of transit materials and proper distribution from there .  All types of verification and market survey for new dump opening and cost analyzing .  Co ordination between marketing & Plant Logistic team .  Verification of transportation freight bill and recommendation to accounts for payment .  Checking of Secondary Freight Bills & forwarding for approval .  Liaising with transporter and arranging placement of trucks (Need Based ) .  Preparing daily / Monthly Transporter wise dispatch reports .  Manage & control the staff responsible for allocation & transfer of stocks , conducting routine inspection to ensure .  Preparing daily / monthly report for transporter payment and outstanding due report .  Cost analyzing or primary and Secondary freight .  Led the business unit's SOP (sales/operations planning) process that drove manufacturing plans (production, capacity and inventory plans), sales plans (forecasting, bookings and shipments), sourcing plans.  Managing and appointing new vendor, suggesting sector allocation with keeping track on vendor’s profile.

Freight Management & MIS  Keeping track on market, cluster freight and suggesting management for strategic changes time to time.  Maintaining and updating daily MIS for plant& Depot logistics, analyzing various reports and extracting important suggestions on daily basis. Relationship Management  Managing relationship with marketing team of Depot and logistics-production team in Plant.  Handling team of 20 staff to getting perfect and customize documentation and coordination with production plant, warehouse etc .
