Project Profile:

Project 1: Employer : Processweaver Client : Hasbro Duration : Nov 2010 to till date Role : ABAP Technical Consultant Type : Implementation

Client Details Hasbro is an American Multi-National toy and Board game company. It is one of the largest toy makers in the world. Hasbro, Inc. is now the parent company of several subsidiaries. The toys and games produced by these companies retain their brand identity, which is an important advertising consideration. Many of Hasbro's games have been around so long that they have entered into popular culture.

Reports & ALV  Created Classical and Interactive Sales Audit Report for a particular period.  Developed an ALV report for yearly sales comparison on sales orders.  Created an interactive ALV report to display purchasing documents using ABAP Objects. On double click on purchase document number, it displays the selected record in ME22.User can make changes and update the record.  Billing Report displays Billing and its corresponding Sales Order, Accounting details for the given Sales Organization or Distribution Channel or Sales Division etc. The report was down loaded as excel file.  Developed the MIS report in ALV for Sales statistics for all depots and also individual depots also. In this report displayed the total Confirmed Quantity, average of the price and pending quantity per particular depot in SD.  Developed a report in ALV titled ‘Display Sales Orders’. The objective of this report is to search the application database for open sales orders. The inputs are Sales Organization, Sold to party, Material No, Customer purchase order No and Sales order creation date.

Data Conversion . Material Master Conversion. This inbound interface transferred the Legacy system material data to SAP through MM01 transaction. . Vendor Master Conversion. This conversion created vendor master records in SAP using transaction XK01.

Smart forms & Scripts . Modified standard purchase order form to include logo, contact person details like the email id of the buyer, various texts, various terms and conditions based on document types. . Designed and developed a smart form to Request for Quotations as per specification

Enhancements  Created a EXIT implementation to raise an error message whenever German customer is created without entering industry key.  Implemented the User Exit USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE according to the client requirement in SD for different document types

Ale/Idoc  Using ALE /IDOC method generated an IDOC and distributed Customer Master Data.  Using ALE /IDOC method generated an IDOC and distributed Vendor Master Data.

Project 2: Employer : Processweaver Client : Wasserstrom Duration : Mar 2010 to Oct 2010 Role : ABAP Technical Consultant Type : Support Client Details Wasserstrom Company is restaurant supplier based. The company is currently one of the largest distributors of foodservice products, specializing in restaurant supplies. Key Responsibilities  Involved in technical document preparation.  Analysis and Modified of objects as per the client requirement.  Performance tuning of ABAP/4 program using runtime analysis and SQL trace.

Objects  Modified material master details report. Inputting material and plant as select-options and material type as parameter. Output list will have total quantity by material group and plant.  Modified an ALV report for the existing stock of material the report should have subtotal of the stock location and grand total of the stock at the end of plant.  Modified a report for sales document and material, date, name of the user and sales document type and price group and customer group.  Modified the existing Smart form layout and print program of Pick Slip print.  Modified the existing layout set MEDRUCK to get suppliers address, delivery address and total purchase order value and Subtotal.  Modified Distribution Model for filtering the IDoc.

Project 3: Employer : Processweaver Client : Brother International Duration : Nov 2008 to Feb 2010 Role : ABAP Technical Consultant Type : Implementation

Client Details Brother International (India) Private Limited operates with fully integrated sales, marketing and service capabilities. Brother H.O. is located in Mumbai, with sales office in major cities in India, The Company manufactures printers, Fax machines, Multi-Function centres etc.

Reports & Alv  A Hierarchal ALV Report to list delivery details for a customer and corresponding sales order details for each delivery.  Developed a 2 level interactive Sales Order report displaying the sales orders at all organization levels, delivery status with shipping details and partner function details.  Created an interactive ALV report, which lists the vendor details in the basic list, corresponding purchase orders and item details will be displayed in the secondary lists.  Developed an interactive report for list of sales orders as per user entries of sales org, company code and date range.

Data Conversion  Uploaded Customer master data from the legacy system to SAP system using BDC Session Method.  Uploaded the Vendor master data and bank details from legacy system to sap system.

Scripts  Modified the standard SAP SCRIPTS for purchase order (MEDRUCK) by uploading the client logo and according to the client requirement.  Modified the sales order layout for order confirmation

Enhancements  Modified the Standard Transaction MIGO for enabling the field Excise Duty field

Ale/Idoc  Setting up SAP-ALE (IDoc) Interface by Creating/Maintaining Distribution model, Logical System, message types, activating the change pointers, generating partner profiles, IDoc reduction and filtering for the documents Material Master (MATMAS) and Vendor Master (CREMAS).

 Completed Bachelor Of Sciences (B.Sc.) From Sri Venkateswara University in 2006.

Software Proficiency:
