A. Student Day Information/Action

Senator Somers requests a cap of $200 for "A Day for Our Students" to held once a month for the spring semester on the Winnemucca campus.

B. Reimbursement Information/Action

Senator Somers requests a cap of $71.60 to reimbursement to the Winnemucca bookstore for orientation costs for the spring semester.

C. Friday Follies Information/Action

Senator Lemback requests a cap of $600 for pizza and water to host Friday Follies on Fridays for the spring semester on the Elko campus.

D. Everybody Love Your Body Information/Action

Treasurer Works request a cap of a $1000 for “Love Your Body Week” February 11th-15th 2008 on the Elko campus

E. Popcorn Information/Action

Senator Lurker and Senator Berkabile request a cap of $300 for a popcorn machine and popcorn supplies and punch for the Pahrump campus.

F. Battle Mountain Information/Action

President LeSpade requests a cap of $300 for supplies and refreshments for the Battle Mountain campus for the spring semester.

G. Pow-Wow Information/Action

The Native American club requests a cap of a $1480 for a Pow-Wow Friday, February 1, 2008 on the Elko campus. H. Appointment of Senator Information/Action

President LeSpade requests the appointment of Kathleen Miller to the position of Senator on the Battle Mountain Campus.

I. Appointment of Senator 2 Information/Action

President LeSpade requests the appointment of Fabby Cervantes to the position of Senator on the Elko Campus.

J. Appointment of Senator 3 Information/Action

President LeSpade requests the appointment of Maria Ruiz to the position of Senator on the Elko Campus.

At the call of the President, public comments shall be heard by the SGA. Upon proper request students, faculty, administration, and the public shall be granted the floor by the President. Please note that due to time restrictions the President reserves the right and authority to place a time limit of public comment in the compliance with NRS 241.020 (2) © (3). In accordance with the Board of Regents’ Bylaws, Title 1, Article V, Section 13, a quorum may be gained by telephone hookup.
