Concert Band Shirt Order Form

CONCERT BAND SHIRT ORDER FORM CLASSIC WHITE WING COLLAR TUXEDO SHIRT $15

We will be placing an order with our wardrobe company for tuxedo shirts for the guys. All male members of the THS Concert Band are required to provide their own tuxedo shirt. In most cases, your child will wear this for concert band for a few years.

You can help by providing the shirt size for your son. If you do not provide a size then we will size him the best we can. There are no returns on these shirts. We need a neck size and a sleeve length measurement. Sleeve length is measured from the back center of the neck, around the top of the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist. We will ONLY be measuring boys on their fitting days November 16 and 17.
