On behalf of the Peachtree Village Condominium Association, A & R Midstate Management, LLC would like to welcome you to the community. We are pleased to be the managing agent for this Association, and in such capacity, will answer any questions relating to living in the community. Certain Rules and Regulation are necessary for cohesive association living. These are outlined on your Public Offering Statement, which also contains the By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restriction. These are legal documents of the Association and it is beneficial for you to familiarize yourself with this information. Please be sure that you received the Public Offering Statements (also known as the Master Deed) be sure all of your questions were answered by your attorney. Your Association is run by its Board of Trustees who is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the common elements of the development. This responsibility consists of contracting for such services as management, insurance coverage, common area maintenance (including snow removal and lawn maintenance), and other services which may become necessary from time to time. Your maintenance fees provide for these services as well as providing for a reserve fund for the replacement of common elements. Your maintenance fee is due and payable on the 1st of each month.

Your account will not be counted late for this following month. When your check is received at the bank, a copy will be sent to us for our accounting records. An ACH form is attached for you to complete if you would like your fee automatically withdrawn. A & R Midstate Management, LLC as managing agent works closely with your Board of Trustees in overseeing the operations, administration and management of the Association.
