Your Association is run by its Board of Trustees who is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the common elements of the development. This responsibility consists of contracting for such services as management, insurance coverage, common area maintenance (including snow removal and lawn maintenance), and other services which may become necessary from time to time. Your maintenance fees provide for these services as well as providing for a reserve fund for the replacement of common elements.
