AMERICAN GREETINGS An end of year rebate of 1.5% is based upon each group member’s net paid receipts. The rebate is paid to FPN and distributed from the FPN office. Each group office must sign an individual contract with Carlton. The individual contract is a duplicate of the FPN contract. Finders’ fees are available to the group office directly from Carlton. AVIS CAR RENTAL Discount on daily, weekly and weekend rates. 2% promotional allowance returned on annual basis. DESIGNER GREETINGS The most successful program is the ½ off card program. Based on minimum footage requirement, cards are sold 50% off printed retail and purchased from Designer Greetings at half of wholesale. They also offer a full priced program with significant discounts and $.99 program based on minimum footage. Administrative fee of between 2.25% - 475% paid semi- annually to FPN based on net sales.

DOLLAR DAYS Largest online wholesale and closeout company specifically dedicated to small and mid-sized business. FPN patrons receive additional 2% discount on all purchases; 3% quarterly rebate to FPN/Groups, three month guaranteed sale for unopened cases; Free shipping, No minimum.

EXP – An INMAR COMPANY - PHARMACEUTICAL RETURNS This company offers on-site and off-site service options. Currently employs a nationwide network of field office representatives which will soon number 95 for on-site processing and an inside sales personnel for their off-site service option. Fees: On-site are 10.9%; Off-site are 8.5% for Schedule and non-Schedule products. Non-hazardous waste disposal is $.89 after 20 lbs.; hazardous waste disposal is $2.95 after 2 lbs. FLAVORx / FILLMASTER FLAVORx is the manufacturer of flavorings for prescription medications. Fillmaster, owned by FLAVORx, is a water purification system for reconstituting. HCC specializes in Pharmacy Staffing and Recruitment, Pharmacy Consulting Services and Pharmacy Buy/Sell Services. HEALTHCARE DATA SOLUTIONS (HDS)

Healthcare Data Solutions (HDS) provides Pharmacies, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and other Life Sciences companies with accurate, up-to-date healthcare data, physician validation programs, data processing, compliance services, web services and new customer acquisition programs. Pharmacy clients utilize HDS’ services to streamline processes, help reduce the risk of fines and audits, and help ensure pharmacy compliance for reimbursement of Medicare and Medicaid prescriptions. Discounted annual subscription fee $130 and 5% Rebate.

INSOURCE INJECTABLES Based upon the combined volume of FPN a rebate of 1% to 2.5% shall be paid on combined purchases. FPN receives payment from InSource and distributes individual checks to the groups along with quarterly usage reports.

KODAK – Photo Kiosks Kodak affiliate program provides kiosks and supplies to fit a wide variety of pharmacy needs. The kiosks boost traffic and help pharmacies to maintain their customer base while providing fast convenient in store photo finishing and the ability to purchase photo based gifts including mugs, calendars, mouse pads etc. The program is being offered as an IPC affiliation benefit for members of FPN.

LETCO MEDICAL (formerly Spectrum) An administrative fee of 5.5% - 7% paid on net purchases of all pre-pack / bulk chemicals and supply / equipment purchases. FPN receives payment and distributes individual checks to the groups along with quarterly usage reports.

LYNN ROBERTS INTERNATIONAL Sunglasses and readers. A monthly administrative fee of 8% of net payments received by Lynn Roberts is sent directly to each individual buying group who endorses this program. The FPN office receives an administrative fee of 2% of net payments received by Lynn Roberts.

MEDISCA FPN member groups receive an administrative fee of 3.5% of purchases and the FPN office receives an administrative fee of 1% of purchases from all FPN patron pharmacies. FPN receives total payment from Medisca quarterly and distributes individual checks to the groups along with quarterly usage reports.

PrescribeWellness integrates and analyzes prescription data to uncover opportunities to significantly impact top line revenue, profit and STAR ratings. Most importantly, all patient outreach is conducted with the PERSONAL voice of their community pharmacist. FPN Rebate: 5% Rebate on recurring revenue.

PRS PHARMACY SERVICES ComplianceTrack Suite of Programs: FPN has contracted with PRS for their suite of compliance programs, including:  HIPAA  Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWATrack)  Continuous Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance (QATrack),  ExclusionTrack,  LicenseTrack,  OSHATrack,  EmployeeTrack (Employee Handbook),  PolicyTrack (Pharmacy Retail Operations Manual)  Several other CD-Rom based programs such as the Immunization program.

FPN receives a discounted price and a rebate of 7% net sales dollars for sales generated by FPN.

Accreditation Network (NASI): Working in conjunction with ABCOP, one of the 10 CMS approved AOs (Accreditation Organizations); PRS is able to offer a reduced rate for accreditation by working through the FPN buying groups. Buying groups that participate will sponsor their members under the commonality of membership. Please see contract for the various incentives offered.

PRS Online Ownership Programs: PRS offers this program to prospective pharmacy owners needing assistance in opening a pharmacy, whether it is the purchase of an existing store or a brand new store. PRS will offer discounted pricing and a 7% rebate on net sales back to FPN should an existing owner refer the buyer to PRS for this service. PRS has other consulting services to assist current and prospective owners, including:

Programs are offered at the following all-inclusive rates based on calculated return value: Mail- in service: 9.4% for 90-day payment, 12.4% for 60-day payment and 15.4% for 30-day payment. On-site service: 11.9% for 90-day payment, 14.9% for 60-day payment, and 17.9% for 30-day payment. Quarterly administration fee: <=$4M – 0.48%, >$4M and <=$6.5M – 0.67% and >$6.5M and <=$8.7M – 0.75%, >$8.7M and <=$13M – 0.80%, >$13M – 0.84% of total calculated return value.

members to create pro-active insurance and risk management solutions for the changing marketplace. Vendor will participate in marketing campaigns and contribute to marketing costs at the FPN and group levels.

SMART SOLUTIONS

Smart Solutions provides flexible and customizable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Speech Recognition (SR) services tailored to each individual pharmacy. Smart Solutions also has the ability to work with Voice over IP (VoIP) applications. FPN Members receive 3% discount off retail price and FPN rebates paid at 5% for purchases and 3% of recurring monthly fees.

TELEMANAGER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Interactive voice response for pharmacies. Provides pay-per-use option for small pharmacies. Provides discounted pricing for pharmacies, see contract. Annual rebate, based upon usage between 5% and 6.5% of sales/services (excluding monthly maintenance fee).

On programs that do not specify an individual rebate for FPN, 20% of the rebate dollars received is held at the FPN office until budget expenses are met. Once expenses are met, 100% of rebate dollars return to the group office.
