CALL Jamie 484-574-0716 President’s Message February's meeting was a great success thanks to Bradford White Co. and Rich Tomkins Co.. They presented the new Icon Gas Valve along with it's accessory packaging. It allows for more energy savings for your customers; and we know everyone wants to be more "green". They also introduced other new products at this meeting. March's meeting is being sponsored by Grove Supply and Weil- Mclain. Please come on out and support our sponsors. In addition, Jim Pryor (PECO Energy) will speak about the new rebate program and will hand out rebate packets. This can be a selling tool for your customers The meeting will be both informational as well as a great time to network. See you March 16th at 7:00pm at The Newtown Grille.

EDUCATION:  The next code course will be offered on 5 consecutive Mondays beginning on March 29th and ending on April 26th. Cost is $385 for PHCC Members and $485 for Non-Members.  The Journeyman and Master Plumber Test will take place on May1st. Deadline for application is Wednesday,March 17th, 2010. Application must be in the hands of the Delaware County Municipaltiy Plumbing Council by this date. NO EXCEPTIONS! If application is not in on time or not complete your application will be DENIED.Please call Martha for more information and to register 610-623-5277  EPA Lead Certification course: March 31st, at 8am. President Marty Gildea, John Luke, John McCuen, Bob McNammara, Bob Duck, Joe Ervin and Mike McGraw had breakfast at the Springfield Inn with Ridley's Joe Hackett on March 9th. Also at the breakfast was Local 690 Business Manager John Kane and business agent Joe Mulholland. Joe Hackett is running for State Representative. Joe expressed interest in all issues that we discussed with him. Most important is his promise to support the State Licensure Act. Joe will be attending one of our upcoming meetings, maybe even this one. Come on out and show your support for Joe Hackett.
