Executive Committee Reports

1. Fundraising –Holly Garza – Catfish Parlour sent LME PTA $300 for Spirit Night. The next fundraiser has been announced already – February 20th at Phils and Amy’s. LME and PTA will need to promote this fundraiser, as both places have a 50 person minimum for the donation, and people must mention LME. The Cookbook committee has only received 6 entries so far – form may take longer than people want to spend – Holly will revisit. Goal is to have the cookbook recipes decided by end of this school year. Green City Recyclers, as discussed at last meeting, would put a bin to collect items to recycle – other schools have received around $400.
