Louis Dreyfus Agricultural Industries Facility Driver Policy Driver Notice: At Louis Dreyfus Agricultural Industries’ (LDAI) safety is a top priority. We want every person that visits or works at our site to be safe and protected from harm. At our facility, we can experience over 400 trucks a day entering our facility, which makes traffic one of our most serious hazards. To protect our employees and visitors, every driver who enters our facility is expected to follow our safety rules. The following acts shall constitute violation of LDAI's driving and safety policies: A. Speeding: The operation of a vehicle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under existing conditions. The speed limit within our facility and our parking area is 10 miles per hour. B. Parking in an unauthorized area, such as roadways, blocking fire hydrants, no parking areas, designated parking for persons with disabilities, or loading zones. C. Parking or driving in areas other than those designated for vehicular traffic. D. Adherence to all traffic signs and markings including yield and stop signs. E. Smoking on our facility or in our parking areas.

Penalties for Driving Violations If an employee of LDAI observes a safety violation, a member of management will address the situation with the violator and a letter will be issued to the driver’s employer. For first time violations, the driver will be issued a warning and asked to exercise more care and to follow our rules. For drivers committing a second violation of our safety rules, the employer will again be notified and the driver will be restricted from access on the site for a period of 7 days. If the driver has a third infraction within a 6 month period, the employer will be notified and the driver will be banned from the site for 1 month. After being banned from the site, the involved driver will only be allowed back on site under probationary conditions that any infraction of our safety rules will result in a 6 month ban. For drivers or employers that have three or more incidents involving a site ban of 1 month or more, the ban for that driver and employer will be permanent. Drivers or employers banned from the site may appeal the permanent ban; appeals can only be granted by the LDAI Plant Manager.

We understand that drivers have deadlines and that time is important. But at LDAI we will not sacrifice safety for speed. Please obey our rules and be safe. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
