Instructions & Navigation Screen Shots

1. Open the Maintain Requisition page.

2. Click the View Printable Version link on the bottom, left side of the page.

3. A warning window will pop up with the message “You do not have the permission required to run window option.”

4. This is expected, it is just part of the process. Click .

5. Click the link at the top, right corner of the page.

6. In the new window, under Main Menu, select Reporting Tools/ Report Manager.

NOTE: (If screen opens to List tab, click on Administration tab.

7. Click the button on the upper right corner of the page until the link is available.

8. Click the link to view the Requisition.

9. Review the Requisition for accuracy. If the Requisition is complete, print a copy.

10.To make a change to the Requisition, close the PDF file.

11. Close the Report Manager and return to the Maintain Requisitions page to make the necessary changes.

12. After the changes have been made and the Requisition has been saved, return to step #2 of these instructions.
